Last updated October 24, 2026

Doneroom (doneroom.com) is a private workspace for todos, notes, files and calendars. Accounts are created by an administrator; there is no public sign-up. This policy explains what we store and how we use it.

What we collect

Google data is used only to provide these features to you. It is not sold, not used for advertising, not used to train AI models, and not shared with anyone else. You can disconnect Google Calendar in Doneroom at any time, or remove Doneroom's access from your Google Account settings.

How we use your information

Who can see your information

Your content is visible to you, to people you share it with or assign work to, and to Doneroom administrators who manage accounts. Service providers that host the app (for example, the hosting and network providers) process data only to deliver the service.
