Todos

Lists, sections, subtasks, due dates and priorities. Assign work, comment, attach photos and voice notes, and see everything assigned to you in one place.

Google Calendar

Connect your Google Calendar to see your events next to your todos, and add or edit events from Doneroom. You choose which calendars to show.

Notes and files

Write rich-text notes, upload files, organize them into groups, and share them with the people you work with.

Notifications

Get alerts in the app and as push notifications on your phone or computer when work is assigned, commented on or completed.

How Doneroom uses your Google data

Sign in with Google uses your name, email address and profile picture to sign you in. If you connect Google Calendar, Doneroom reads your calendars and events to show them in Doneroom, and creates or updates events only when you ask it to. Google data is never sold, used for ads, or shared. See the privacy policy for details.
